What is a data warehouse?
A data warehouse is one central database that holds a copy of all your business data, cleaned and organized for reporting. Your systems keep working as they do today. The warehouse pulls from them on a schedule.
How much does LinxIQ cost?
There are two fees: a one-time setup fee to build your warehouse and a monthly fee to run and improve it. Both are fixed and quoted after a free data audit, because the price depends on how many systems you have and how much you need built. Billing is month to month with no minimum term.
How long does setup take?
Your first dashboards go live within 30 days of signing.
What happens in the free data audit?
We review the systems and spreadsheets you run on, how your reports get built today and what you want to see. You get a written summary and a fixed quote for setup and the monthly fee.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data lives in its own walled-off Google Cloud project that no other client can reach. If you leave, you get a full copy of your data.
What if my software isn't on the list?
If your software can export data or has an API, a way for programs to share data, we can usually connect it. Spreadsheets dropped into a shared folder work too.
Is the AI assistant safe to use on company data?
The assistant can only read your data. It cannot change or delete anything, and it runs with spending limits.
